| 摘 要： | 采用文献资料法、专家访谈法、系统分析法等,对吉林省7所普通高校高水平运动队的现状进行了调查和分析,结果表明：目前吉林省普通高校高水平运动队的发展受到缺乏高水平运动员、教练员业务水平及专业化程度偏低、场地设施和训练经费严重不足、参赛机会少、管理不规范等的制约。认为：运动员选拔,应改革现有机制、突显精英选拔;运动队管理,应充分发挥大学生体协的作用、强化管理,完善运动队内部管理体制,并建立健全各种规章制度;教练员任免、选拔方面,应实现选拔途径多样化,外聘与培养相结合,近期与长期相结合;训练经费要多元化、制度化,竞赛机制必须与国家竞技体育接轨。

| Abstract: | The literature review,expert interviews,system analysis,etc.,in Jilin Province 7 general status of university sports teams conducted a survey and analysis of results showed that： Jilin Province is currently the development of university sports teams are lack of high level athletes,coaches,professional level and the low degree of full-time,facilities and training of a serious shortage of funds,fewer opportunities for competition,Management is not standardized constraints.That： Selection of Athletes,should reform the existing mechanisms,Highlight the selection of elite;Sports Team,Sports Association should give full play to the role of college students,Strengthen management,improve the internal management system of sports teams,and establish and improve various rules and regulations;coach appointment and removal,selection,the selection approach should be to achieve diversification,the combination of external and training,the combination of short-term and long-term;training funds to be diversified,Systematic,competition mechanism must integrate with the national sports. |
