| 摘 要： | 高职评建档案管理按照管理过程的不同可分为迎评前管理思路确定与评估指标细化分解、迎评中制度建设与档案收集整理、迎评后档案保存利用三阶段，其对应评建档案管理的不同任务、步骤与方法。从此三阶段入手，评建档案管理应被整体纳入高职档案工作规划，重视制度建设、整理规范化，后期管理应强调利用开发。

| Abstract: | Archives management in assessment and construction of higher vocational institutions can be divided into three processes： defining management method and disaggregated classification of assignment before assessment; system construction and archives collection and process while assessment; and archives reservation and application after assessment. These processes correspond to the assignments, steps, methods in the process of archives management. Thus, archives management should be taken into overall work planning. |
