| 摘 要： | 《体育（体育与健康）课程标准》是对传统体育教学大纲的扬弃,反映出新的学校体育思想,集中体现在“健康第一”和主体性教育思想两方面。而新的学校体育思想正是在“健康第一”、人的全面发展、“以人为本”等几个方面对传统学校体育思想的继承与发扬的基础上形成的,体现出鲜明的时代性特征。
