| 摘 要： | 竟争性招投标业已成为我国建筑市场招标的主要形式。然而由于目前市场经济体制的不完善,竟标的无序性、不公平性、人为因素的不可控性,使投标中标的随机性很大。如何提高工程投标的中标率?文中就对投标机制、投标决策、投标技巧、投标报价诸方面作了偿试性的评述,以供同行参考。

| Abstract: | Competitive bidding has become the main form of bidding in constructional market, nevertheless, due to the imperfect of market economy system, disorder in bidding, unfairness and human's interference in bidding, the opportunity to win the bidding is random. The author reviewed the bidding system, bidding skills and quotation on how to raise the bidding rate, which provides reference for the people of the same trade. |
