| 摘 要： | 中国高等教育在全球语境下要占据有利位置,就应该要求各高校加强内涵建设,扩大办学规模.大学城建设具有明显的经济效益和社会效益,但在建设过程中却存在着土地资源浪费严重、金融风险巨大、"空壳化"隐患和无法实现教育资源共享等问题.为此,推动大学城产、学、研一体化进程、大力发展民办教育、建立股份制学校等对保证大学城的可持续发展具有重要意义.

| Abstract: | China's higher education in the global aspect of how to occupy a favorable position to meet the challenges of globalization urgently requires colleges and universities to enhance the establishment of its content and culture, expand the size of campus. Building university city has obvious economic and social benefits. However, in the constructing process, there are still many serious problems, such as the serious shortage of land resources, the huge financial risk in the universities, an empty shell hidden dangers and unrealization the sharing of educational resources and so on. For this reason, it is urgent to promote the integration of production, teach and research among the university city, vigorously develop private education, establish the joint-stock schools to ensure the sustainable development of university city. |
