| 摘 要： | 农户土地产权残缺,组织化程度低,严重制约着农业生产力的提高和农村经济的发展,阻碍了农业的产业化进程.解决农村财产制度与农业产业化的矛盾,依照制度创新的一般性理论,既要创新我国农村土地产权制度,又要创新我国农村财产组织制度,提高农民的组织化程度,促进合作制、股份合作制的发展.

| Abstract: | The incomplete property rights of land and the low degree of systematism seriously restrict the improvement of agricultural productivity and the development of rural economy, hindering the process of agricultural industrialization . According to the general theory of institution innovation, it is necessary to innovate the institution of rural land property rights as well as the institution of rural property organization of our country so as to solve the contradiction between rural property institutions and agricultural industrialization, enhancing the degree of the farmer's systematism and promoting the development of the cooperating system and stock cooperative system. |
