| 摘 要： | 通过对宝应县黄塍镇新农村法治状况的调查,分析了苏中地区农村的法治现状：农民的法治意识依然淡薄,法制宣传力度不够,农民对法律的信任与农村法治建设的实际情况之间还存在差距。文章提出从完善法律内容、健全法律机制、加大宣传力度、加强法律服务等方面入手,确保新农村法治建设顺利进行。
