| 摘 要： | 根据中医理论和中医临床诊断，应用补肾中药，观察其对运动员大运动量游泳运动后出现的低血睾酮的调节作用和对运动能力的影响。结果发现：合理采用补肾中药可以预防和治疗运动性低血睾酮症，提高运动员承受大运动量游泳训练能力。

| Abstract: | Based on the traditional Chinese medical theory and clinical diagnosis,the effects of traditional Chinese herbal preparation for invigoration the kidney on the adjustment of low serum testosterone during hard work for swimming training,to effect on physical performance in swimmers were observed.This results indicated that:The appropriate application of traditional Chinese herbal preparation for invigorating the kidney prevented and cured the appearance of exercise induced low serum testosterone,and enhanced athletes' physical performance,resulting in enduing higher swimming load.enhanced athletes' physical performance,resulting in enduing higher swimming load. |
