| Abstract: | By the comparative analysis on JIT inventory management and the traditional inventory management (economic order quantity), the paper points out the differences between them and analyzes how to make them be consistent with each other. At last this paper puts forward that JIT is a breakthrough of EOQ and it is a development trend of inventory management. |
