| 摘 要： | 近年来,传染病突发公共卫生事件给人口相对密集、学生读者自救能力弱的高校图书馆带来了严重的危机。高校图书馆对其进行危机管理是践行对读者安全负责的必然要求,是提高科学管理能力的有效途径,是贯彻落实科学发展观的重要实践。提高危机意识、加强组织领导、建立健全规章制度、鼓励全员参与、完善环境保障体系,是高校图书馆有效应对传染病突发公共卫生事件的重要途径。
