| 摘 要： | 我国欠发达地区县级公共图书馆发展过程中存在经费投入不足、公共服务能力和服务效益不高等问题,为缩小发达地区和欠发达地区县级公共图书馆的差距,保障我国公共图书馆事业持续健康发展,文章提出了建立公共图书馆基本服务经费保障机制;合理设置建设主体和总分馆服务体系;建立公共图书馆从业人员保障机制等建议。

| Abstract: | The county public libraries in underdeveloped areas of China have some problems such as insuffieient government budegets, weak public - service abilities and efficiency of service etc.. In order to narrow the gap between the county public libraries in the rich areas and in the poor areas and ensure the steady and healthy development of librarianship, the paper gives some advices on establis- hing mechanism of basic budget supports, setting up construciton subject and service systems of central -branch library and establis- hing mechanism of employees in the county pubilc libraries. 9 refs. |
