| 摘 要： | 淀粉是人们生活的必需物质和工业的重要原料,具有广泛的用途。作者通过对天台山的植物资源作了较为系统的调查,经鉴定、整理,该山共有淀粉植物83种(包括亚种或变种),它们分别隶属27科61属。其中种类较多的科有壳斗科(Fagaceae)、禾本科(Gramineae)和百合科(Liliaceae)等。还分述了主要淀粉植物的含淀粉部位及用途,以及淀粉植物的开发前景等。

| Abstract: | Starch is a kind of plant that everyone needs in his life. It is also an important kind of industrial materialwhich has a wide usage. After the systematic investigation and arrangement of plant resources in Tiantai Mountain, wedetermine that there are eighty-three species of starches altogeher (including subspecies or mutation species), which be-long to twenty-sevcn family sixty-one genus separately. Among them, Fagaceae, Gramineae and Liliaceae have many cat-egories. At the same time, we account for the usage and the section of the main starchy plants which contains most of thestrch. Besides, we also touch upon the development prospects of starchy plants. |
