| 摘 要： | 章条式结构体例具有名称统一，表述规范，便于引用和查找的特点，是规范性文件写作的基本结构形式。章条式结构体例按表达功能可分为宏观中观，微观三个层次，其中条具有核心地位，章条式结构体例在规范性文件中的具体表述形式应当符合以下原则：便于阅读解和查找引用；准确体现结构体现的表达功能及其层次关系，统一，规范，稳定。

| Abstract: | Section and item structure (SIS) is a basic form of the normative document writing, which has the characteristic of appellative consistency, expressional standardization, easily quoted and looked up and so on. By its expressional function, it can be divided into three layers, macroscopic layer, middlescopic layer and microscopic layer,and the item is the kernel of the whole structure. There are some principles which must be followed on when you use SIS in normative document writing. First, it should be easily understudied and quoted. Second, it can express the structure's function and the relations between the layers exactly. The third one is consistency ,standardization and stability. y. |
