| 摘 要： | 传统的体育教育已不能适应新世纪社会发展对培养创新性人才的要求,作为新建本科院校的体育教育必须与高校教育的发展相适宜,进行同步改革,才能适应时代要求．针对学校体育教育中存在的一些问题,采用调查法和实验法,认真贯彻“以人为本”、“健康第一”的指导思想,把体育课程改革作为重点,通过优化课程结构,完善教学内容,丰富教学方法,改进体育课成绩评价方法．以实现课程改革的目标。

| Abstract: | Traditional PE cannot fit for the needs of social development toward training creative talents at new century.PE of new-built undergraduate college must be reformed synchronously so that it should suit for the needs of the age.In view of the problems of PE,applying the methods of investigation and experiment,and carrying out seriously guiding thought of "Human is essential"and "Health is the first",the article takes the reform of PE courses as focal point,optimizes course structure,perfects teaching content,enriches teaching means and improves assessing method of PE result to realize the target of PE courses'(reform.) |
