教师在职攻读教育硕士专业学位的学习成效及其影响因素研究

摘    要:教育硕士专业学位是培养胜任基础教育教学和管理工作的高层次人才的专业性学位。本研究以737名正在攻读教育硕士专业学位的中小学教师为研究对象,系统探讨了教师在职攻读教育硕士专业学位的学习成效及其影响因素。研究结果表明,中小学教师在职攻读教育硕士专业学位的学习成效颇佳;中小学教师的自我导向学习准备度、职业承诺、专业成长动机和职业规划动机对其攻读教育硕士专业学位的学习成效具有影响作用。

Abstract:The major purpose of this study was to explore the learning achievement and the affecting reasons among candidates of master of education.Questionnaires about the learning achievement,the self-directed learning,professional commitment,the professional and career development motivation were made among 737 candidates.This study finds that teachers' learning achievement is very good,and it is affected by the learning achievement,the self-directed learning,professional commitment,the professional and career development motivation.
