| 摘 要： | 为研究民族休闲体育在高校体育教学中的开展,对民族休闲体育的功能、教育价值以及高校民族休闲体育教育教学与科研发展的对策进行分析探讨。结果表明：民族休闲体育具有强身健体与愉悦身心的健身娱乐功能、丰富生活的文化功能、融洽和睦的社会功能、体育旅游资源开发功能以及具有良好的教育价值。以树立全新的体育教育教学理念、开设民族休闲体育特色课程、重点培养民族休闲体育专业人才,带动民族休闲体育产业的发展为对策,促进民族休闲体育在高校的开展。
