| 摘 要： | 基于建构主义学习理论,要调和学训矛盾,在优秀运动员文化教育中须进行种多种革新。树立促进运动员的全面发展与竞技体育的发展相统一的教育价值观;树立以促进运动员学生发展为宗旨的教育质量评价观;同时要注意教师与学生角色的转变和学习方式的转变。

| Abstract: | Based on constructivist learning theory, if reconcile contradictions of learning and training, innovation on education of elite athletes is needed. Setting the education values of promoting the comprehensive development of competitive sports and athletes, foster the evaluation of the quality of education to promote the development of athletes and pay attention to the role change of teachers and students and the change of learning styles of students. |
