| 摘 要： | 中国西部后现代地区实现跨越式发展的时代条件及可能性已经具备。其思路是:发展先进文化是主导,文化产业是重要途径,民族文化、民间文化、地方文化、宗教文化的发掘保护是重点,文化必须与经济建设联姻,边缘地带与中心地区加强良性互动。

| Abstract: | Through the argumentation of circumstances of the age and possibilities for fast-tracking development of cultural construction in the post -modernized western areas, the author provides stimulating ideas. Namely, priority should be given to the development of advanced culture; industrialization of culture is an important channel The excavation and conservation of national, folk, local and religious cultures should be stressed. Culture must join hands with economic construction. Interaction should be encouraged between the hinterlands and heartlands. |
