| 摘 要： | 根据2002—2008年黑龙江省R&D经费内部支出、科技人员数量、地方科技财政拨款和GDP的数据,对黑龙江科技投入和经济增长的关系进行了全面分析,并运用灰色关联分析方法,对科技投入与经济增长的关联进行实证研究。结论表明:R&D经费内部支出、科技人员数量、地方科技财政拨款对黑龙江省经济增长均有正相关影响,且R&D经费内部支出对经济增长的促进作用最为明显,科技人员数量次之,地方科技财政拨款促进作用不是很显著。
