| 摘 要： | 设Ｇ 为Ａ的群作用，则（１） Ｎ（ Ａ） ＝ Ｎ（ Ａ＊ Ｇ） ∩Ａ；（２） Ｎ（ Ａ＊ Ｇ） Ｇ ＝ Ｎ（ Ａ） ＊ Ｇ．进而得出推论：设Ｇ 为Ａ 的群作用且无｜ Ｇ｜ｔｏｒｓｉｏｎ ，则Ａ 为半素当且仅当Ａ＊ Ｇ为半素．此推论显然包含并改进了ＦｉｓｈｅｒＭｏｎｔｇｏｍｅｒｙ 定理
