| 摘 要： | 某一事物要成为财产,不仅要求具有价值性,而且能够现实地为主体控制与支配。自然资源因其天然性、非独占性、难处分性和整体性等特征,决定其不适合作为财产或者不应该仅作为财产来对待。强调自然资源的非财产性,有利于引导人们确立科学的自然资源价值观,实现自然资源多元价值的发挥,促进自然资源法律制度的完善以及缓解与克服人类社会所面临的环境资源危机。

| Abstract: | A thing has to be valuable and controllable and governable to the subject to be property.Natural,non-possessable,hard-treatable and holistic,natural resources are improper to be or be regarded as property.An emphasis of the non-property character of natural resources will pave the way for establishing scientific values,realizing multielement value,enhancing the completion of a legal system of natural resources to overcome the ecological and resources crisis facing human society. |
