| 摘 要： | 指出以往学科馆员评价的不足,探讨了学科馆员评价的本质,分析了全评价理论应用于学科馆员评价的可能性。旨在运用全评价与系统论思想,构建学科馆员评价体系。认为学科馆员评价体系应包括评价目的、评级主体、评价客体、评价方法、评价标准与指标、评价制度六大要素。以天津外国语大学图书馆学科馆员为例建立全评价体系。

| Abstract: | The paper points out the lack of evaluation of subject librarians in past,explores the nature of the subject librarian evaluation,analyzes the possibility of a full evaluation theory in the evaluation of the subject librarians.The paper aims at using the full evaluation and system theory to construct the evaluation system of the subject librarians.Subject librarian evaluation system should include the six elements: evaluation purposes,evaluation subjects,evaluation objects,evaluation methods,evaluation criteria and indicators,and evaluation system.By taking Tianjin Foreign Studies University as an example,establishes the full evaluation system. |
