| 摘 要： | 近年来台湾地区学术机构知识库发展迅速,无论在数量还是规模方面在国际上都处于领先水平.台湾地区机构知识库的建设受到其行政主管机关的重视和支持,采取了"中心+种子机构+参与机构"的组织模式和"分布存储、集中呈现"的服务方式,对知识产权问题的处理以及收录资料的质量控制采取了多种方法,利用各种手段宣传推广机构知识库.这些经验值得机构知识库建设正处于起步阶段的中国大陆地区借鉴.
