摘    要:小学英语教育在我国城乡已全面实施。打破英语教师培养的传统模式,探索复合型小学英语教师的培养极为重要。复合型小学英语教师的培养定位应是本科学历层次,全面适应基础教育改革与发展要求,创造性地开展教育、教学活动的人才。课程结构应注意宽厚的基础知识,体现执教(主要)学科和兼教学科结合的特点。英语课程的设置要适应复合型小学英语教师的专业英语素质要求,学科课程组合要优化,学时要合理。

Abstract:English education has been practiced in the primary schools in both countryside and cities in China.It is important to change the traditional style of training English teachers and explore how to train English teachers with mixed talents.The training of English teachers with mixed talents should be of a 4-year university program and should be adapted to the reform and development of the basic education.They should be able to perform education and teaching creatively.The structure of its curriculum should enable the students to develop a wide range and solid basic knowledge and should be characterized by the combination of primary subject and secondary subject to be taught by them.The design of the English courses should meet the need of the English qualification of English teachers with mixed talents.The combination of the courses should be optimized and their class hours should be appropriately rendered.
