| 摘 要： | 分析了有些大学生从中学迈入大学,面临全新的环境与生活不能及时适应,产生独立生活困扰、角色认同困扰、学习能力困扰、人际关系困扰、职业规划困扰等心理适应不良的现象。认为产生这些现象的原因既有环境变化和学习不适应的原因,也有自身角色定位不准和调节不当等因素。提出从学校教育和大学新生自我调整两个方面着手,帮助大学新生培养心理适应能力,更好地适应大学生活。

| Abstract: | It is analyzed that from middle schools to colleges and universities,as the new roles facing the new environment and lives,some students can not adapt in time,resulting in difficulties in many aspects including independent living,role identity distress,learning abilities,interpersonal relationship,career planning and other psychological maladjustment phenomena.The reasons for these phenomena are not only environmental changes and inadaptability,but also having unclear positioning role and regulation.School education and college freshmen selfadjusting are put forward to help them develop their mental adjustment abilities,let them have a wonderful college life. |
