摘    要:“挑战杯”全国大学生课外学术科技竞赛在引导大学生积极参加课外科技活动、积累和运用科技知识、提高大学生的科技技能、促使大学生树立科技思想、形成科技精神和科技品质等方面起到了举足轻重的作用。然而,“挑战杯”竞赛还存在很多不完善的地方,高校应该大力建设“挑战杯”工程,从宣传、组织、健全制度、人财物支持等方面加大力度,推动“挑战杯”竞赛在高校的进一步发展,以促进大学生科技素质和创新能力的提高。

Abstract:The extracurricular science and technology competition of the university students ——"The Challenging - Cup Competition" has been playing a pivotal role in guiding the university students to participate in the extracurricular scientific and technological activities , and it is benefit to the students to accumulate and use the scientific and technological knowledge positively . The students can benefit from the activities in forming their scientific and technological ideology, in improving their scientific and technological capability . However, there are something imperfect for "The Challenging -Cup Competition" . Therefore the authority of university should make great efforts in propagating, organizing, perfecting manipulation system and increasing investment in human resources , especially in the further development of"The Challenging - Cup Competition" . The purpose of the activity is to improve the quality and ability of the university students.
