| Abstract: | Industry competitiveness is not only the total power of competition including all the enterprises in this field, but also concerning resources and environment needed. There are differences in electric and information industries between China and Western countries. Through comparison of some factors such as profitability and R&D input, this paper advocates bringing comparative advantages and lower costs strategies into play in order to develop electric and information industries. |
