| 摘 要： | 我国现行的法律监督体制虽然体系完整 ,但实效不大 ,已不能完全适应社会主义市场经济发展的需要。因此 ,必须改变加强法律监督的思路 ,要在坚持共产党领导的前提之下 ,合理地配置国家权力 ,充分发挥各权力部门相互监督、相互制约的作用 ,以减少层层设立监督机构所耗费的社会成本 ,提高法律监督的实效 ,抑制权力腐败的滋生蔓延

| Abstract: | Although the current system of legal supervision is complete in China, it is not very effective.It can no longer fully catch up with the development of the socialist market economy.Therefore, to make the legal supervision strengthened, our way of thinking must be changed.That is to say, we should, under the precondition of keeping the leadership of the Communist Party, dispose the state power properly and make best use of the mechanism of mutual supervision and restriction among the state organs, so that we can cut down the social cost entailed by the successive layers of supervising organs, improve the actual effect of legal supervision and curb the growing and spreading of power corruption. |
