| 摘 要： | 高校学生档案管理是教学管理的重要组成部分,具有很强的政策性、原则性和服务性。随着我国高等教育改革的深入发展,高校招生规模的不断扩大,传统的学生档案管理已越来越难以适应形势发展的需要,因而对学籍档案管理也就有了更高的要求。文章针对新形势下高校学生档案管理工作的特点,探讨了新形势下高校学生档案管理工作,并提供了参考。

| Abstract: | Students' archives management in higher education institutions is an important element of teaching administration.It has strong characteristics of politics,principle and service.With the further development of higher education reforms in China,larger recruit students of higher education institutions make traditional archives management hard to meet current situation so that students' status archives administration meets higher challenge.This paper discusses students' archives management in current situation only for references based on the characteristics of students' archives management of higher education institutions. |
