| 摘 要： | 《联合国反腐败公约》于2006年2月14日正式在中国内地及香港生效,作为公约的缔约国,中国有义务最大限度地履行自己的国际义务。其中重要的内容便是尽快完善现行法律。包括修改刑法、刑事诉讼法、国家赔偿法,出台《反腐败法》和《反洗钱法》。

| Abstract: | Anti-corruption treaty of UN comes into force on the 14th of February,2006 in Mainland China and Hongkong.As a member of the organization,China carries the respensibility to follow its international obligation.The very important content is to perfect the existing laws and regulations including the amendment of criminal laws,criminal accusation laws,national compensation laws and the publication of anti-corruption law,anti-clearing illegal money law. |
