| 摘 要： | 对１７９名中学体育教师的工作积极性进行了认真调查分析．结果表明：当前中学体育教师的工作积极状态水平总体偏低；反映出随年龄增长而提高的趋势，且呈＂双峰＂状态；具有男教师高于女教师、重点中学教师高于普通中学教师、职称学历高的教师高于低的教师等特点体育教师工作积极性偏低的成因主要可归结为六个方面，并针对现状提出了若干改进措施和建议．

| Abstract: | This paper is an investigation on the working enthusiasm and the cause of formation of the physical educators in the middle school.The results of the investigation show that the level of the working enthusiasm of the physical educators is lower. The level of the working enthusiasm is raised with the increasing of ages,and present "double peaks" state. Compared with the female teachers, the level of the working enthusiasm of the male is significantly higher; While the teachers of the major school show signifiacantly higher than the ordinary schools; the teachers of the higher professional post and the record of formal schooling show higher than the lower. the causes of the working enthusiasm may be summarized into six main sujective and objective factors. Many measures and methods are put forward in order to transfer the working enthusiasm of the physical educators. |
