| 摘 要： | 一切写作文体性质不仅从实体中，也从功能价值中显示出来。应用文体也是这样。应用文的一个重要功能即实用性。实用，是其产生的根本劝因，也是其发展变易的动力；实用，体现在它的较强功利和实用性上。这也是应用文得以区别文学艺术文体的重要特征。

| Abstract: | The characteristics in any type of writings can be represented both in its entity and its functional valve. It is true to the practical articles. One of its most important functions is its pragmaticalness, which is the basic reason of its generation; and which is reflected in its utility and its practicability. This is a critical character which can distinguish the type of practical writings from the type of literary writings. |
