| 摘 要： | 利用网络表达民众的话语是一个国家民主的象征,但网络舆情所表达的意思必须有一个理性规范,网络舆情监督从初期的政府干预的一端,转变到了面对社会矛盾复杂而采取自我限制策略的另一端,其中暴露出了对这种监督动作边界模糊问题。本文从网络舆情监督范围及其原则加以阐述,以厘清思路。
