| 摘 要： | 弱者是因自然、社会等各方面的原因而在社会生活中处于劣势的那一部分人。无论从维护人的尊严,实现社会的平等、公平与正义,维护社会和谐,还是从国家目的角度讲,对弱者进行立法保护都是具有正当性的。我国对弱者的立法保护方面取得了重要的成就,但在立法观念、立法模式、保护对象等方面也存在诸多问题,有待进一步完善。

| Abstract: | The weak are those people who are inferior because of the natural,social and other reasons in social life.In terms of preservation of human dignity,social equality,fairness and justice,maintenance of social harmony,or the national purpose,it is justified to protect the weak by legislation.Important achievements have been made to protect the weak by legislation in China,but there is still room for improvement in legislative concepts,legislative model,protection objects etc. |
