| 摘 要： | 科研工作是高职院校自我发展的内在需求,是加强内涵建设、提高办学水平、提升教育质量、增强综合实力的重要手段。通过对高职院校开展科研工作的必要性进行分析,阐述了高职院校科研工作的主要内容,分析了高职院校开展科研工作应遵循的基本原则,对高职院校加强科研工作管理进行了探讨。
