| 摘 要： | 临床检验实习是医学院校整个教学环节中的重要内容,是毕业生不断将本学科理论知识与临床实践操作相结合的过程,是塑造检验医师基本雏型的必经阶段。而此过程中临床带教质量直接影响检验毕业生的实习效果。如何在有限的临床带教中加强检验毕业生素养,提升学生的实习效果,培养出具有较强工作能力和优良工作作风的医学检验人才,是医学检验教学改革中亟需思考和探索的问题。本文就当前医学检验实习临床带教存在的一些现状及应对策略做一探讨。

| Abstract: | Clinical laboratory practice is an important part of the whole teaching process in medical colleges and universities.It is a process in which graduates constantly combine the theoretical knowledge of this subject with the clinical practice.In this process,the quality of clinical teaching has a direct impact on the internship effect of graduates.How to strengthen the quality of examination graduates in the limited clinical teaching,improve the internship effect of students,and cultivate medical examination talents with strong working ability and good working style is the current situation that needs to be considered and explored in the reform of medical examination teaching.This paper discusses the current situation and countermeasures of clinical teaching in medical laboratory practice. |
