| 摘 要： | 高校辅导员多维合作执行力的强弱,直接关系"育人共同体"的工作质量与效果。通过对"大思政"、"共同体"、"辅导员合作执行力"概念的智性分析,归纳了辅导员合作执行力作为一种能力体系的核心内涵,阐述了增强辅导员合作执行力的现实意义,提出了加强辅导员多维合作执行力的具体措施。
