摘    要:针对一套新型的烯烃气相共聚反应实验装置,利用在线测控仪表、可编程控制器(PLC)、工业计算机及组态软件构建计算机控制系统。该系统具有在线监控、自动控制、系统管理等功能,并具有模块化组合结构,使用灵活方便,性能稳定,直观性强,可应用于学生实验教学与研究,效果良好。

Abstract:A computer control system was established by online instrumentation and control valve, programmable logic controller, industrial personal computer and configuration software for a novel laboratory reactor system for gas phase copolymerization of olefin in this work. The computer control system has the functions of online supervision, auto control, system management, etc. , which also has the characteristics of modularized structure, convenient operation, reliable capability, strong visualizability and better effect in experimental teaching and research for students.
