| 摘 要： | 执政理念是政党执政实践的价值核心与价值导向,是一个政党治国理政的基本观念。中国共产党执政理念是中国共产党治国理政的战略坐标与价值标识。创新执政理念是加强党的执政理论建设的重要维度。选择、确立与践行正确的执政理念,有助于明确党的执政责任、规范党的执政行为、优化党的执政形象、落实党的执政功能、降低党的执政成本与风险,从而有助于形成良好的执政局面和实现党的建设科学化。中国共产党执政理念研究方法的科学化是深化中共执政理念探究的关键环节。

| Abstract: | The ruling idea of a party in power is the party’s basic concept in its state governing process,which is the core value of the party and reflected in practice.The ruling idea of the Communist Party of China（CPC） is its strategic coordinate and value beacon in governing the state and therefore,innovating CPC ruling idea is a great help to its administration.The author argues that the key to the theoretical exploration of CPC ruling idea is on the scientific research method of its ruling idea. |
