| 摘 要： | 统计分析了2012-2014年第三军医大学图书馆外文期刊招标采购的报价信息,针对标段分配及招标期限探讨了外刊采购过程中图书馆争取优质服务和利益最大化的策略,即外文原版期刊采购以一刊一标方式更合理,更有利于市场竞争;将合同期限定为2-3年,可节约运行成本,提高工作效率.

| Abstract: | After an analysis of the quoted price information on foreign journals the Library of Third Military Medical University purchased by competitive bidding in 2012-2014,the strategies for library to strive for excellent service and benefit maximization in acquisition of foreign journals were studied according to the bidding allocation and time,which can be summarized as following：it is more rational and beneficial for market competition to purchase one foreign journal by one bidding,and a contract time of 2-3 years can reduce its operation cost and improve its efficiency. |
