| Abstract: | Based upon the strategic aim of building Guangdong province into a culture province, the article discusses the present and future major efforts of vast investment to library undertakings by Guangdong Provincial Government and the Party Committee, as well as series reform of personnel rules and regulations, which brings a new chance for the healthy development for library undertakings of Guangdong Province. |
