| 摘 要： | 以人为本是图书馆服务的宗旨，并逐步融入图书馆的建筑、服务方式中去。图书馆的服务种类之多，足以满足不同使用的需求。图书馆不仅提供信息，还可以提供娱乐。公共图书馆经常就大家共同感兴趣的话题组织讲座。
