| Abstract: | The important thought of "governing a country by morals", put forward by Jiang Ze min,is based on "three represents", It meets the needs of the development of socialist market economy, and inherits the Chinese tradition of governing by morals in a critical way . In complete accordance with the trend and direction of the development of the time, it improves and develops our Party's principles of governing a country. It also has a far reaching meaning by promoting the civilizing the great revival of our Chinese nation. |
