| 摘 要： | 高校、科研院所、企业三方面在产学研结合过程中具有各自的的经济利益和社会效益,这些不同的利益即是产学研结合的动力,同时也对产学研结合的有效形成产生了一定的阻碍,因此建立产学研合作的股份合作制、股权分配制、股权激励机制等利益分配模式,是解决高校产学研结合中利益分配问题的有效办法,同时要提高对高校产学研结合重要性的认识,构建利益与风险共担的产学研合作创新机制,明晰知识产权归属,加强知识产权保护,建立有效的科技成果价值评估体系,以建立健全产学研合作中的利益分配机制,保证产学研合作健康有序进行.
