| 摘 要： | 中国共产党党内民主和人民民主是我国社会主义民主政治的两个方面，发展社会主义民主政治，建设社会主义政治文明，必须坚持走“以党内民主推动人民民主”的道路。这既是中国共产党长期奋斗历史和执政经验的深刻总结，是党的性质、宗旨、历史使命的必然要求，也是由党的领导地位、执政地位以及我国政治体制改革的实践决定的。
