| 摘 要： | 从"双元制"职业教育的表现形态、特色、本质内涵等方面,对德国"双元制"职业教育模式进行了介绍,分析了当前德国"双元制"职业教育的突出特点,并从学制模式、教学要求、培训经费、毕业趋向等方面对"双元制"培训模式进行了阐述,最后分析了"双元制"对我国职业教育的影响.

| Abstract: | This article makes an introduction about the German "dual system" vocational education model on many aspects,such as its presenting forms,characteristics,connotation and essence,analyzes its superior characteristics,and illustrates the "dual system" training model on its education system,teaching requirements,training funds and emloyment possibilities, etc,and finally analyzes its influences to Chines vocational education. |
