| Abstract: | The paper demonstrates the construction and characteristics of the innovation ability of the postgraduates in the multi-ethnic areas with materials and comparing and synthesizing methods.The construction of the innovation ability depends on three factors:the students'quality,the tutor's quality and the innovation system.It is a hope that the paper can provide some reference for the cultivation of innovation ability of the postgraduates in the multi-ethnic areas. |
