| Abstract: | In this paper, it detailedly discourses upon how to deal with the actual problems, which happen in the course of building the information industry of enterprises. and puts forward the notion of using the 3G technology to build a mobile official system between the internal net of enterprises and internet. All the conceptions mentioned in the article are also fit for most of other enterprises. |
