| Abstract: | Methods including literature,surveys and statistics were used to research the status and influencing factors of sports participation of teaching and administrative staff in Huaihua University,corresponding suggestions are proposed to promote the develop of sports of staff in Huaihua University,enrich the spare time activities of teachers,so that teachers are able to cope with severe challenges of social life with better mental state.The results showed that:teachers in Huaihua University have good willingness to participate sports;There are special locations for body building of staffs and the activities of teachers are various;supports in school policies provide greater space for sports participation of teachers in Huaihua University. |
