摘    要:对"校本培训"在四川省中学的实施情况进行调查,发现:"校本培训"在四川省中学普遍存在认知与管理不到位,培训方式欠妥,培训内容的操作性、专业化程度不高,实效性较差等问题。可通过强化对管理者的培训,建立监督、激励机制,加强校际间合作,增强培训内容的针对性、可操作性,以提高培训的实效性。

Abstract:By surveying tbe implementation of school - based training at high schools in Sichuan province, this paper finds out that in those high schools ,the inadequate management and the ways of training, the absence of deep understanding and effectiveness, the low level of practical maneuverability and profession are widely existing. By strengthening the training for ad- ministrators,establishing the roles of supervision and encouragement,improving the cooperation between schools and the perti- nence and the practical maneuverability of training,in these ways ,we can improve the whole training effectiveness.
